We proudly present the first drop from collection number thirteen, titled Laws of The Universe. This collection tells a story about the colourful trip the brand has taken since our inception and into the future as we are hungry to learn, express, create, and share the things we believe in.
On our 4th year anniversary, we are thankful for everything and everyone that has been a part of Public Culture’s journey. All the highs and lows that have filled our days and make it special to look back on. Blessed and supported as a community, we want to expand our family and pass on our gratitude to Daarul Aitam Orphanage, South Jakarta on Saturday, 26 October 2019.
We spent our morning painting t-shirts together with the children. As we were exploring ideas, we got to hear them share about their dreams and interests. It was refreshing, being reminded of why we do what we do in the first place. We then prayed and have lunch together, shared giggles on a guessing game, and wrapped up the day with sweets, gifts, high fives, and pictures with the kids.
All in all, it was a simple day full of laughter, gratitude, and contentment. A definite joyful and humbling experience for us. A reminder to always treasure the moment. Scroll through the photos below to see the fun.
Welcoming our Collection #11: Midnight Delight, we set up our very own mini-club, titled Howlin’ Chamber, as we try to manifest mankind’s most primal emotion; fear, from PC’s perspective.
The first Howlin’ Chamber was put together at Brightspot Market on 3-6 October 2019 at District 8 SCBD, South Jakarta and carried forward all the way to Land of Leisures, Yogyakarta from 11-13 October 2019.
Collaborating with fifteen talents in total, we served different line ups every night, special drinks which you could get for free in exchange of your shopping transactions and also an exclusive merchandise t-shirt which we produced in limited quantity for each event. Thanks to your support, everything is sold out. It definitely wasn’t the last of Howlin’ Chamber.
We are coming to Urban Sneaker Society this upcoming November, so stay tuned to find out what we bring to the table next time.
The second drop of Collection #10: Dysfunctional Dystopia is here. We shot the editorial in Tokyo, Japan, collaborating with local talent, Rose. Join our stroll in dystopia through the editorial below and shop the new drop here.
